Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Bring your water in for testing. Rising Sun strongly recommends that you bring a sample of your water to one of our locations for in-store testing. This will help ensure accurate salt and chemical levels.

Download the app. Download the Rising Sun Water Test App on your smartphone.

Step 3

Enter your customer information. Next, go to the Rising Sun Pools & Spas website and enter your information. This will allow you to check your testing dashboard as well as see previous testing results.

Step 4

Test your water. Test your water with Rising Sun Pools Insta-Test 4 plus test strips. You have to use these test strips for results to be accurate.

Step 5

Match the results. Using the water testing app, match up the test strip results.

Step 6

Recommendations on treatments. Once you’ve matched your test results on the app, you will receive recommendations on treatments and dosages for your pool or spa water.

Step 7

Purchase what you need online. Once you’ve received your recommendations, you’ll be able to purchase the chemicals you need (along with any other pool or spa supplies) online.

Step 8

Pick up your purchase. You will be able to pick up your purchase at the Rising Sun’s location of your choice. Orders usually are ready in about 24 hours. You will receive an email when your
order is ready.
