Of course, like any business, there are times when we don’t meet our customers’ expectations. Alex M. left a review which demonstrates that more communication can lead to less confusion when attempting to fix pool chemical balance issues. Scott S. who was happy with his service technician, but disappointed by a longer wait time on replacement parts. While these lapses in service are never acceptable, Rising Sun Pools is grateful that our customers are willing to provide their feedback directly. We read each survey and use the results to better improve our product offerings and services.
