Preparing for a Site Visit

After you have gone through the showroom consultation, a Rising Sun Pools representative will need to come to your home to access the feasibility of a pool project. While onsite, our representative will look for the following:

• Grades and elevations
• Access for machinery and equipment
• Easements and setbacks
• Septic or sewer issues
• Power lines, cable and phone lines
• Drainage (if needed)
• Hauling of excess dirt offsite (if needed)
• Tree removal (if needed)

During the site evaluation process we will also:

• Determine the ideal placement for your pool
• Paint an outline of the pool in the backyard
• Discuss fencing laws and placement, patio ideas and other specifics of your home and yard
